All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The reviewing process of the APSDP conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email.
The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline. The conference proceedings will be distributed amongst the participants during the conference.
On-Site Paper Presentation
Papers will be presented in a combination of parallel sessions and interactive format, depending on the total number of submissions accepted. Details of the finalized presentation format will be available on the conference website at a later date.
Authors who anticipate inability to travel to a conference because of a government-imposed travel restriction are still encouraged to submit papers. Such papers will be reviewed and accepted on their own merit for publication in Conference Proceedings, without any knowledge of the author’s travel restriction.
